Dedicated CooperRiis Healing Community
Our dedicated staff members are integral to our success as a healing community and a working community. In addition to their qualifications, the CooperRiis Healing Community staff members bring experience and desire as clinicians, coaches, teachers, advisors, musicians, and guides.
We chose our talented and devoted staff based on talent, devotion, and a deep-rooted belief in our residents’ potential. We value kindness, hope, and mental health expertise in our staff, ensuring they can identify and nurture the strengths of vulnerable individuals.
As of May 2024, CooperRiis Healing Community employs over 200 full and part-time staff who serve up to 36 residential residents at the Farm, Mill Spring/Tryon location and 22 residential residents in our insurance-based CooperRiis at Asheville Program.
The Asheville Community Program, located in Asheville, North Carolina, serves 25 residents in five community homes, each with 4-5 bedrooms, overnight staff, and daytime coaching.
The Partial Hospitalization Program serves up to 12 clients daily.
