Integrative Therapist

“Working in such a unique and beautiful setting utilizing the recovery model allows me to walk alongside residents in a collaborative process on their journey of personal growth, healing, and change; very gratifying to me.”

Lisa’s post Graduate work included triage, assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis management, and discharge planning in an adult inpatient psychiatric dual diagnosis, working with a geriatric population.

Lisa earned her Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Education Specialist and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services at Gardner Webb University, North Carolina.

Her internship was with outpatient clients, including facilitating substance abuse groups, anger management therapy, and inpatient substance abuse treatment.

Spending time with my significant other and three children is the highlight of my life; listening to history podcasts, trying new foods and restaurants, traveling, and planning and preparing for an upcoming goal trip to Spain to complete the Camino de Santiago Trail.”
