Open Positions at CooperRiis
Many of our staff have expressed that working at CooperRiis is a ‘calling’ for them. They appreciate feeling like they are a part of helping people find recovery and living their best lives.
Emma Lovejoy, Farm Managing Director shares, ” I really appreciate the uniqueness of CooperRiis in both the recovery approach and resident programming, as well as the staff culture of respect and community. I’ve watched people grow and transform here, and it’s an inspiring thing to witness. CooperRiis has evolved over my years here and I know we will continue to do so in the future. I think that’s one of the things I like the best about it… We are resident driven, individualized and adaptable, the way holistic wellness should be. I hope to continue to be part of this community for many years to come!”

Colleen Green MSW, Recovery Coordinator Director at the Farm shares, “I truly love the community among my coworkers on the Farm, my coworkers on the other campuses, and the residents. I love how supportive the staff are to each other and I really love seeing the community among our residents and how they accept and support each other during their time with us. I love the time our program gives us to create real relationships with the residents and the opportunity it affords us to be able to partner with them and their families. I also love that our program has so many levels of support for our residents that allow them to remain part of our larger community during their recovery.
As for working on the Farm, you can’t beat the setting; I can feel myself relax when I drive onto the property because even if I have a busy day ahead, I know I will be able to take a few moments to sit outside and enjoy the view of the mountains. It also doesn’t hurt to know that I will have pigs, ponies, and chickens outside my window, and that throughout my day, I will be serenaded by the roosters and the guinea hens.”
