Dr. Aaron has experience working in both public and private sector clinics, in private hospital-based practice, in rural hospitals and detoxification centers, and in the criminal justice setting, including serving as Medical Director and Chief of Staff.
In psychiatry it is important that both the doctor and the patient are working toward the same goal: the mental health and wellness of the person.
Most recently she worked at Blue Ridge Community Health Services, serving Polk, Transylvania, Rutherford and Henderson counties in western North Carolina.
Previously, Dr. Aaron worked with Catholic Health Partners Affiliates Mercy Hospital in Paducah, KY; Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital, Ashland, KY; and Genesis Hospital and Vera French Community Mental Health Center, both in Davenport, Iowa.
Dr. Aaron is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Clinical Neurology from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida.
