I believe in a strength-based, person-centered, trauma-informed approach and value the use of psycho-education, somatic, mindfulness, parts work, and analytical therapy interventions.”
Rhiannon is mindful, driven, and empathetic. They have over 15 years of experience in mental and behavioral health services, offering trauma-informed, holistic, mindfulness, somatic interventions, research, and evidence-based practices. She has worked in various environments and with diverse populations and enjoys working individually, in group settings, and in familial settings. She has also been trained in ACT trauma-focused treatment.
She believes there are endless creative avenues toward healing and spiritual development, and she has found this in dance and movement, which are playgrounds of embodiment and mindfulness.
Rhiannon holds a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and is pursuing a Post Master’s Certificate in Dance Movement Therapy from Antioch University.
They graduated Cum Laude, from Davis & Elkins College, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services and Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Rhiannon was published in the 2007 ‘Who’s Who’ in American Universities and Colleges.
