The Central Services Team consists of senior and executive staff members who are responsible and oversight for all CooperRiis Administrative Services, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, IT, and Facilities Management. CooperRiis operates three distinct yet connected communities in Western North Carolina: The Farm in Mill Spring, CooperRiis at Asheville Program, and the Asheville Community Program comprising well over 100,000 square feet of buildings and more than 100 acres of land, which includes a fully functioning farm, greenhouses, and art barn, an animal barn, and four-acre lake, and over 200 animals.
