Lisa has over 25 years of experience as a consultant and trainer, and now feels honored and humbled to continue her passions as part of the CooperRiis Community since 2011.
My passions are empowerment (of self and others) and education and learning.
As a Staff Training Coordinator, she is responsible for all staff training, coordinating instructors, designing and scheduling classes, and ensuring that staff members are current and up-to-date with our expansive training curriculum.
Lisa holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Psychology. Before earning her two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Business Administration and one in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science.
Lisa has been married to her best friend for over 35 years, loves people, nature, and horses, and has volunteered with therapeutic riding for more than ten years.
