In her role as Director of Marketing and Business Development at CooperRiis, Jessica is dedicated to sharing the mission of CooperRiis. By cultivating meaningful relationships with referral sources, she helps ensure that more individuals can access compassionate, holistic mental health care.
With over 13 years of experience in long-term mental health treatment, Jessica has dedicated her career to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those who need it most. From leading Direct Care teams to overseeing Admissions and Referral Relations, she has seen firsthand the power of compassionate care and connection to improve mental well-being.
A deep commitment to integrity, connection, and community drives Jessica. She believes that meaningful relationships are at the heart of any healing process, and that communication is key to creating lasting change. CooperRiis reflects these values, and it’s this alignment with her personal mission that fuels her work each day.
Originally from New Mexico, Jessica recently relocated to Black Mountain, North Carolina where she enjoys hiking, live music, and spending time outdoors with her pups. Problem-solving and finding new ways to help others are passions she carries both in and outside of work.
