Outpatient Care
Partial Hospitalization Program
For individuals looking for outpatient programs that support long-lasting recovery following residential or hospital care, CooperRiis offers a 25-hour per week program. In the program you’ll be treated as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
This proven approach to care is covered by most insurance companies and is called a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). To help ensure that you get the care you need without financial stress, CooperRiis accepts BCBS of North Carolina, Aetna, Cigna, & United Healthcare.
The initial admissions process includes the following:
- A psychiatric assessment to identify presenting challenges and current needs.
- A psychosocial and medical history.
- A safety assessment.
- An initial recovery treatment plan.
Throughout treatment, we refine that plan and begin aftercare planning.
In network with:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina
- Cigna
- United Healthcare
