The Residential Care Team
A dedicated Residential Care Team provides residential support for the Farm in Mill Spring residents during the evenings, overnight, and weekends, ensuring 24/7 care and support. They also organize numerous recreational, cultural, and creative arts experiences in the Asheville, Hendersonville, NC, and Greenville, SC regions to promote whole-person growth and recovery. The outings may include hiking, shopping, museums, waterfalls, and other water activities based on the season. On the last Wednesday of each month, they host a Family Style Dinner based on residents’ menu and décor input. It is always a festive evening concluding with homemade ice cream.
