Becky Singer

Becky Singer, MA, LCMHCA

Recovery Coordinator

With over a decade of experience working in the mental health field, Becky has taken on several different roles in direct-care, supervisory, and clinical capacities, ranging from community mental health, sober living programming, and residential care.

She is a graduate of Lenior Rhyne University, in Asheville, NC, with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She previously earned her Bachelor of Arts, studying music and theater at Columbia College of Chicago.

She brings her passion for mental health recovery to CooperRiis; and strives to honor each resident as an individual, capable of harnessing their strength and resilience to enact change. Becky aims to empower residents to recognize their growth areas and create a partnership to work towards their aspirations and goals.

Becky grew up in Chicago and moved to Asheville to pursue her career in mental health. Even after all these years, she still marvels at the beauty of Western North Carolina. Becky enjoys hiking with her Boston Terrier, Dobby, and tries to find time to read, cook, and explore all that the Asheville area offers.
