The Recovery Coordinator Teams

Recovery Coordinators are most often clinically trained staff members who ask the resident, What is your Dream? Although they help to organize the planning related to matters of diagnoses, they also assist with creating a Dream Statement and with developing and refining Core Goals and Objectives for each resident. They assure that the resident’s full recovery team is integrated with the planning and needs. This team may include the resident’s family.

The Recovery Coordinator/Coach is also the person(s) to whom families turn for support, advice, and communication. Coach, confidant, and communicator, these are staff members who derive great excitement from supporting and monitoring the real progress made by each of their residents toward recovery and fulfilled lives.
