Liz Petty
Human Resources Coordinator

Liz comes to us with an extensive background in HR & Safety and our employees could hardly ask for anyone better. She truly loves her job and makes sure that all employees know about their benefits, are regularly reviewed and trained, and be given customary information about workplace safety.  She reviews all new employment and volunteer applicants, maintains up-to-date job descriptions and maintains detailed job process documentation for each work role.

She has nothing but praise for the staff she so deeply cares for and often marvels at the accomplishments she has witnessed in their work with residents. CooperRiis is truly a "REMARKABLE RECOVERY" facility Liz tells us time and time again. Before coming to CooperRiis she worked in radio promotions.  Liz also holds a 30 Hour OSHA Certification.

Outside CooperRiis, Liz is almost as busy… working on compiling family genealogy, geocaching, reading and going to concerts and do ask her about her pride and joy, "Duchess Bailee of Tryon", a beautiful little dachshund.
