Breakfast & Lunch Chef

Jeannie is our breakfast and lunch chef and you’d not want to miss either meal on her watch.  Her specialties are wonderful soups and fresh baked breads.  She brings many years of cooking skills from her work in local restaurants and café’s in the Hendersonville, NC area; skills she readily shares with our residents.  Jeannie lives in Flat Rock and is a true lover of animals.  Her real pride and joy is her adorable granddaughter and she always happens to have plenty of photos to share! 

On weekends, she and her husband Dean love to ride around the mountains on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
