Jenna Lutz
Farm Support

Jenna has an “effervescent smile” that lets you know what a really nice person she is and residents and staff naturally congregate around her.  She started working with us in 2006 as a Horticulture Intern, and after graduation became an employee working with residents in the greenhouses, one of our Life Skills and Horticultural Programs.  Additionally Jenna helps on the farm and lends weekend support.  She thoroughly enjoys working with all the farm animals and the list of species seems to grow.  It is especially rewarding during the spring month when so many new babies are born.

Jenna graduated from Kansas State University with a BS degree in Horticulture Therapy and during college served as president, vice president, and editor of the newsletter for the Kansas Chapter of the American Horticultural Therapy Association and worked at Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine for three years.

She enjoys playing volleyball and basketball, hiking and working with plants, surprise, surprise, in her off hours.
