Audrey decided that if she was going to work long hours she wanted to do something she really loved: Cooking!  She had the courage and initiative to make a difference in her own life but is now doing the same for us at CooperRiis.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC, in culinary arts, Audrey started with us as an intern to complete her degree requirements in Culinary Arts.  She is not only a fabulous chef but has the most engaging personality and infectious laughter.  She is a “people magnet” and our residents love to work with her and learn about food and nutrition.

Cooking is a second career; the fist was in global travel account management where she advanced from travel agent to account manager for the entire East Coast responsible for $40 million in annual sales!
