Terry Jenkins
Maintenance

Terry was one of the many talented finish carpenters employed by our contractor that built CooperRiis, and it was our good luck that he decided to stay on afterwards.  He brings not only longevity and history of our systems and but also fine carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills.

A native of Polk County, he lives nearby and readily jumps into his car to help if anything breaks down after normal work hours.  In the summertime, he keeps the grounds meticulously mowed and maintained.

Terry is one of the first staff members up and about and you may catch him well before breakfast on most days.  If you want a cheerful early morning conversation, you can always count on him for that, and at any time.

Terry loves fishing and spending leisure time with his daughter and grandchildren.
