Clinical Assistant & Resident Services Coordinator

Ken is like an air traffic controller for internal clinical matters and provides logistical support for our therapists, nurses, psychiatrist, and generally anything in the clinical realm.  He also manages the weekly resident scheduling of all appointments with therapists, the psychiatrist, family liaisons, groups, and any outside physicians or practitioners in conjunction with the life skills program.   Ken is also the person who can answer just about any clinical question you may have when the doctor or therapist is not available and he does all this with a smile.
A psychology graduate of Warren Wilson College, Ken married Brittany Amiss Dean, our Animal Life Skills Coach May 20, 2006 and they are the proud parents of Carolina Harmony Dean, born on July 25th, 2007. Both Ken and Brittany live at CooperRiis in the “House on the Hill.”
