As both a therapeutic community and an actual working community, our staff members are integral to our success. In addition to their individual qualifications, CooperRiis staff members bring experience and desire as coaches, teachers, advisors, musicians and guides.

As of September 2007, CooperRiis has over 60 full and part-time staff (including part and full time volunteers) that serve 36 community residents at CooperRiis and over 40 residents in our Graduate Programs.
